Our souls, minds, and bodies are intricately intertwined. They support and nourish one another and they express one another. This dance we play out with every breath, every thought, every action...gives life to the choreography of the whole of the Universe, just like the rippling effect of water.

We may find that our lives are flowing beautifully, with ease and grace and joy. We may find great difficulty and struggle in our lives, maybe even pain and worry. Can you notice the difference in how they each feel and how they exist in your life? This awareness is one of your opportunities to contemplate how your experiences, your beliefs, your choices direct and affect your life and everyone else’s. This awareness gives you the power to consider how you may choose to redirect where you want to go, and in what manner you wish to go there…what you want to let go of and what you want to bring in. What would happen if we just let go...and danced with the Light...

This is my passion. I am a light worker, a channel and catalyst for that awareness to come into clearer focus, bringing in the healing and loving energies from Source so that you can use it to transform your life.
