Heather found the path to energy healing after working as a teacher, and social worker. While dealing with job stress and personal loss she became aware of how her heightened sense of empathy and energy awareness could affect others.

Heather now lets her light shine brightly, as a Theta Healer and Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master. In each session she will remove energy that is not serving your highest and best and help you to find, within yourself; love, light, and a greater sense of well being. She also enjoys helping others to manifest for abundance and joy.

Theta Healing lifts barriers you may not even realize are there, helping you address root issues by gently leading you through a process of replacing bad habits with healthy ones. During a theta session I will remove your limiting beliefs using focused meditation. Theta Healing can complement and even speed other therapeutic efforts by focusing on the underlying core issues that profoundly affect all aspects of your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well being.

Reiki
A healing touch, Reiki means universal energy.

Whether the issue is chronic or sudden, energy work assists the body in doing what it does best, self-heal; accelerating healing naturally, minimizing the side effects of medications, and offering quality enjoyment of life.

Sessions are $55 an hour
