Hannah encourages your self healing by scanning, and guiding you to scan, your physical and energetic field for intrusions, ethereal cords, and other energetic attachments that need moving or healing. Times of trauma or pain can fragment the soul. That part flees the situation out of self preservation. This can lead to feeling ungrounded, disconnected, and depressed. Accidents, surgery, sexual/physical abuse, abandonment, are all common causes of soul loss. Although situations where we were made to feel ashamed or humiliated can fragment the soul as well. Along with feeling more of yourself, and more like yourself, soul retrieval initiates healing with the lost piece and situation.
